She offers specialized workshops, traditional Reiki healing sessions, sound baths, fire & water ceremonies, sacred song circles & womb healing women's retreats.

Her heart’s passion is to help survivors of trauma reclaim their sovereignty & see themselves as worthy and capable. As a survivor herself, she leads with a trauma-informed-care-approach, gentle compassion & fierce self-love.
